TERMS & CONDITIONS

ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER

The order will be accepted upon receipt of a deposit or the amount requested, when signing the contract.

CONDITION OF CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

The order may be terminated by the customer within 7 days after the signing of the contract.

After this date, the deposit will not be paid to the customer if he/she decides not to finalize his order.

PAYMENT

The buyer will have to pay the full amount requested before delivery.

The seller can refuse to deliver an order if it has not already been paid.

The buyer cannot suspend a payment or request a reduction in the price if the goods correspond to the order form.

For all late payment, interest will be requested.

MALFACON

Any workmanship must be communicated in writing to the seller within 7 days after the delivery date.

RETURN

All our dresses are made to measure and made to order. However, we inform you that we will not accept any returns.
